The lovely people at Portland Culinary Alliance and Broder are teaming up for a night of Swedish food. There will be aquavit cocktails by the lovely Jacob Grier, specialty coffees from Scandinavian roasters thanks to the team at Sprudge and I’m going to show everyone how to make kanelbullar. Note that your ticket price includes dinner, a cocktail and a book!
